K-Way Table Mountain 16km Race

The K-Way Table Mountain 16km Race is a spectacular run from Constantia Nek up the jeep track to the top of Table Mountain and back. At its inception (1978) it was the first organised Trail Run in the country. The route follows the historic Bridal Path up to and around the Woodhead dam. A challenging 16km route covering a short distance (500m) of single-track running, and the rest on gravel and cement.

Runners must collect their race numbers between 6.30am and 7.30am on 15 June at the start of the race, at Constantia Nek. Race numbers not collected by 7.30am on 21 June will be re-allocated. Prize-giving will begin at 10.00am.
Note: The entry fee includes a compulsory fee of R50.00 required by SANParks. There is NO online entry surcharge using www.racetraq.co.za!
